Hi! I'm Aryn!
My main skills and interests are in Technical Art, Tool Development, 3D Environment & Prop Art, Graphic Design, and Game Testing. Outside of this I always experiment with and learn more about other areas and how they fit into the development pipeline.
I am skilled in using Unity, Unreal Engine 4 & 5, Blender, Autodesk Maya, Substance Painter, Substance Designer, Adobe Photoshop, Google Workspace, JIRA, Git & GitHub, VS & VS Code, Nvidia TTE, and I am consistently learning and experimenting with new software.
My programming experience is in C# (within Unity), Python, Blender API, HTML, CSS, and Rust (and I plan to expand to VEX, C++, and LUA). I also have some experience with using PowerShell and CMDLine/Terminal. Using Python and Blender API I have successfully created and publicly released a tool for Blender.
I also have experience with visual scripting with nodes in Unreal Engine's Blueprints, Blender's Shader Graph, Unity's Shader Graph, Substance Designer's Material Graphs, and Unreal Engine's Material Graphs.
I have worked on several publicly available game jam games, three college projects, several personal projects, and a large team project (see Experience & Projects). I also partake in Game Testing for studios (see Experience) - taking note of UX, bug hunting, and providing suggestions and feedback.
